The plugin allows you to install a sign, the first line of which contains "[chunkloader]".
The sign keeps the chunks around the 3x3 chunk area always loaded and prohibits aggressive mobs from spawning in them.
When you click right btn on the sign, in the corners of the area effect turns on/off.
I allow you to make any changes to the plugin.
P.S. For some reason, the disappearance of leaves does not work... If you know how to fix it, write to us.
