Please don't update your OS more because debian 7 is the newest OS my free vps hosting provider support.

You have a free VPS provider too? Which company do you use? Host1Free?

I don't think debian stable will be updating for a few more years, so you don't have any more updates to expectTongue

I tried updating Ubuntu server in my Virtualbox and now it's all broken - the cdrom won't mount, so I can't install Virtualbox guest additions, thus I can't mount host folders... sux. I guess I'll do a fresh reinstall. And they said linux was more stable than windows. I've had the same WinXP install since I bought this computer some 5 years ago; I've reinstalled linux several times by now, luckily in virtualbox onlyTongue

I have tab completion mostly working, with one difference to the vanilla - when pressing tab repeatedly, the choices are output to the game screen again and again, unlike in vanilla. I guess I'll have to use ProtoProxy to find out what's really going on there.

Of course, is the only vps provider there is, your MCServer server is in a host1free vps?

I managed to grab a free slot from VirtualVM when they first launched. Alas, they're all out of free now. I believe that it has a better spec than the Host1Free ones, I could give you details if you want.

I think 256MB of RAM with 512MB of swap. What are yours?

What a good server! I have 128mb of RAM with 512mb of swap. A month ago I tried to get a free virtualvm vps but they are out of stock

Sure you have 256 of RAM?http://freevps.us/thread-9578.html

Derp. Sorry - have 128MB w/ 512MB burst, though the burst ram seems quite solid - haven't had any forced terminations yet. I think you get 128MB if you're lucky?

How is your uptime? I registered with Host1Free yesterday - see if I can get another Veepus!
