My first Lua plugin, yay! 
It's rather simple - it allows a player to force a blocktick for a particular block by right-clicking the block while holding a stick.
A blocktick is an event that makes trees and crops grow, grass spread or die etc.

This plugin is mainly targetted at developers.
The plugin is included in the nightbuild versions by default.
