It's generate.py in the mc-server/mcs-book repo. It isn't very far though.

Ok, the generator is mostly done now. It's in the mc-server/mcs-book repo.
It auto-generates the table of contents and automatically links sections together, but it only supports single-page output at the moment. It's ready for the content to start being written, and I'll start getting the semantics styled and guided. (infoboxes, code boxes etc.) If you have any suggestions for things to be styled please say so.

I have now added a guide to infoboxes to the README, although they are not yet styled.
