I think the problem is that stats are stored in files with the file name <playeruuid>.json in vanilla, while Cuberite still uses <playername>.json. This should be fixed in Cuberite.

A stats added in newer versions of MC are also not implemented in Cuberite yet.

I tried to rename the vanilla *.jason file in Ballos.jason
But this doesn't work. It seems that there are differences in the file to cuberite.

I only had added the new entity ids no new block entities. But yes the bed should be fixed, too.

Sorry my answer was bad. Yes there are a few block entities that have to be fixed. There is a open issue for the bed
