They found a new "hobby" - they flip the big circuitbreakers few times a day. Just for fun.

On the other hand, I should be thankful - thanks to them I finally set out and bought an UPS for the computer and the NAS.

You have your own right should have no trouble with it.

Those are not the ones in my apartment, but the "next level" breakers, common for the entire building. Big scary ones.
