That's the Classic CompositionGen's fault, it doesn't handle biomes, it only knows that terrain with height similar to sealevel should get sand instead of dirt / grass.

You know, the version I accidentally sent to you was the old composable_generator branch, so it was around Rev 503, and you still managed to produce the bug. So it's been there for quite some time
